Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to UPAJ! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

At UPAJ, we do not offer refunds, and returns are only accepted under specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects: If there’s an issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

If your return request is approved, the customer must send the item back to us at their own expense. Once received and inspected, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Thank you for your understanding!

Exchanges

We offer exchanges as follows:

  1. Exchanges are accepted only in cases of size issues, manufacturing defect, where the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Exchange delivery timeframe will be 7 days, Replacement delivery timeframe will be 7 days
  2. The store credit from your return can be used for this new purchase.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at upajclothing@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Ship Your Return: Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address. You must ship the item back at your expense.
  3. No refund only store credit
  4. Receive Store Credit: After we inspect the returned item, you will receive a store credit to your registered account or email.

Important Notes

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Any product returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for store credit.
  • No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
